heroin chic

Patrick Mohr’s penchant for theatrics came through once again Thursday night with silicone socks for shoes, blocky eyebrows as if made from electrical tape, and cartoonish hair jutting like a spire from the back of the models’ heads. The dark collection featured prominent application of jersey and sweat fleece often patched together like meticulously sourced scraps. Androgyny being one of Mohr’s staples, the men’s looks were some of the strongest, particularly a blue and white jumpsuit that will likely find it’s way into women’s closets. Emerging trends from the season such as kimono inspired jackets and dresses, and loose, flowing silhouettes formed a major portion of the collection.
