Although not my taste in fabric, I must confess–were well completed and wearable. Sheers in light colours, metallic-themed ensembles and pleated skirts were the main themes on the runway. A few flowy, lightweight dresses paired with chunky, oversized jewellery brought balance to some of the more off-centre pieces, which were conceptually ambitious–think transparent plastic-like trousers with copper-toned coats. Silky blouses allowed for movement and danced effortlessly with every step of each girl. A meta moment captivated the audience: Ostertag himself walked down the runway wearing the closing look, a bridal ensemble, I gathered, based on the white bouquet the high-heeled Munich resident carried down the aisle.
